Editorial policy
Stellar Beauty Review aims to make beauty coverage understandable, measured and transparent. We explain the limits of what a product description or general account can establish, and we welcome readers who flag a possible error.
Accuracy and sourcing
We check factual statements against suitable, identifiable information and take care with product terminology, dates and descriptions. Where a subject is uncertain, contested or dependent on personal circumstances, we say so rather than presenting a broad claim as settled fact. We do not present general editorial coverage as medical advice or a guarantee of results.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for reader relevance and clarity. A commercial relationship does not entitle a partner to determine our conclusions or require a favourable assessment. We distinguish editorial coverage from material created for or supported by a partner.
Corrections
If you believe something is wrong or misleading, use the Contact page and identify the relevant article and passage. We review correction requests, amend material when warranted and make the change clear where the nature of the correction calls for it.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid, gifted or otherwise partner-supported material is labelled so readers can recognise the relationship. Any partner placement is kept distinct from independent editorial coverage. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when that applies, the illustration is identified accordingly.
Curiosity before claims
Beauty products and routines are easier to understand when we separate what a label says from what we assume it means. We look closely, explain terms and leave room for individual preference.
